According to report from The Daily Telegraph, the Premier League leaders are keeping tabs on the two players and will consider making a move at the end of the season. Lukaku has informed Everton that he will not sign a new contract, while Barkley will have just a year remaining on his current deal by this summer.
The Belgium international, who was sold to Everton for £28m in 2014, is now valued by the club at over £65m.
Barkley, meanwhile, is priced at £30m, despite only having one season left on his current contract.
Chelsea will face competition from Tottenham for Barkley, while Manchester United and Manchester City are also said to be interested.
Antonio Conte’s side are also poised to received bids for Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa, while Nemanja Matic is also considering whether to extend his contract.
